This site runs no support inbox. Here is where your own exam questions actually get answered, and how a content error gets fixed.
CPhT Prep runs no support inbox, no live chat, and no ticket queue — it is a small, automated study site, not a helpdesk for either certifying body. For anything about your own application, appointment, or result, the right desk is PTCB or NHA, not this page. For an error you spotted in a practice question or a guide, this page tells you how that actually gets fixed.
Where to get an official answer
Every question about your own exam belongs with the body that administers your route. Neither can be reached through this site, and this site cannot see your account, your appointment, or your result.
| Your question | Who answers it |
|---|---|
| Registering, scheduling, or rescheduling the PTCE | PTCB, the exam's certifying body — reach them through ptcb.org |
| Registering, scheduling, or rescheduling the ExCPT | NHA, the exam's certifying body — reach them through nhanow.com |
| Fees, eligibility, retake rules, or a result | the body for the route you sat — PTCB for the PTCE, NHA for the ExCPT |
| Test accommodations | the testing vendor named on your route's confirmation, via PTCB or NHA |
How a content error gets fixed
There is no form to submit here, because a form with nowhere for the reply to go is worse than no form at all — this domain does not run a mailbox. Content gets checked and rebuilt on a schedule, and every hard number on the site is written to point back at PTCB or NHA rather than stand alone, which is what keeps an out-of-date figure from lingering unnoticed between rebuilds.
- Spotted a wrong answer key or a broken explanation? It gets caught on the next editorial pass against the bank.
- Spotted a stale fee, score, or date? Every one of those is already framed as "verify at the source" rather than stated as fixed — check PTCB or NHA directly in the meantime.
- Looking for your own application, appointment, or score? That is not on this site at all — go straight to PTCB or NHA.
Who publishes this site and how the practice bank is built is on the about page; what the site does and does not collect about a visit is on the privacy page.
